How to get started with Bank Deposit automatic EDD

1. Don’t deposit with accounts without the same name of your documents or the deposited money will be refunded and you will be charged for the refunded fees

2. If your transaction is rejected by the risk system, please submit more information of yours , you can also select refund which will also charge your refund fee

Step 3: You will get a prompt from the risk control team to require more information to continue your transaction. (Click) the link below to provide further information.

Step 4: When you click (NEXT) submit your proof of address, source of funds and any other important information and click (Submit). If you don’t want to submit or don’t have these information you can select (Refund) to refund directly

Step 5: Your information will be reviewed and you will be informed by email if it was successful. If the review is unsuccessful, the user can choose to be refunded
