Polygon founder: AggLayer cannot be classified as L1 or L2, it is a "MetaLayer"
Sandeep AggLayer, the founder of Polygon, stated on the X platform that the new solution AggLayer for aggregation layer cannot be classified as L1 or L2. It is a "MetaLayer".
